My experience at this hotel was a nightmare from the start, as we were initially told our rooms were not available due to a supposed water pipe issue. After much argument and nearly being relocated to another hotel an hour away, we finally received two rooms that were not in great condition. The swimming pool resembled a swamp and the overall cleanliness was below standard. On the positive side, we eventually received the refund for the extra room we didn't get, and the staff was responsive, albeit not in a good way. I definitely would not recommend this place.
